About the Role
We are looking for a relentless, results-driven Inside Sales Closer to join our sales team. In this role, your primary objective is to make phone calls, engage with leads from our provided database, and close deals.
You will be the voice of GIGAMENTS, contacting potential clients directly to convert opportunities into revenue. If you have a "hunter" mentality, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
● Outbound Calling: Execute a high volume of outbound calls daily using our provided lead database.
● Closing Deals: Guide prospects through the final stages of the sales cycle, overcoming objections and securing the sale.
● Database Management: Efficiently navigate the internal database to retrieve lead information and log call outcomes accurately.
● Pipeline Management: Follow up on warm leads and stalled deals to bring them across the finish line.
● Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our [Products/Services] to effectively answer questions and pitch value propositions.
● Reporting: Monitor specific KPIs regarding call volume, duration, and conversion rates.
Requirements
● Availability: Must be able to work strictly during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours (e.g., 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST).
● Experience: Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a "closer" role.
● Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
● Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain high energy throughout the shift.
● Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, dialers, and navigating databases.
● Language: Fluent in English (Professional proficiency required).
Ideal Candidate Profile
● You are not afraid to pick up the phone.
● You are money-motivated and target-driven.
● You can build rapport quickly within the first 30 seconds of a call.
● You are disciplined and can work independently in a remote setting.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales
● Any graduate qualification accepted
● Salary range: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA
