Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
  • Counsel students on courses, eligibility criteria, admission process, fee structure, and career opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, events, and referrals.
  • Convert inquiries into admissions by maintaining regular communication with prospective candidates.
  • Schedule counselling sessions, campus visits, and interviews where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of all leads, interactions, and admission status in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the admissions, academic, and finance teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
  • Address queries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity reports and admission conversion reports.
  • Participate in admission drives, education fairs, and promotional events as required.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • Diploma or certification in Sales, Customer Service, or Counselling is an added advantage.

Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, sales, or admission counselling.
  • Experience in the education, EdTech, or training industry will be preferred.


Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Strong counselling and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach with good listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve admission targets.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
