Tele Caller Executive

Polisure is looking for energetic and motivated Telecallers to join our growing insurance sales team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining insurance products, and generating sales through phone conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for insurance products
• Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers
• Update customer information and call details in the system
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Maintain professional communication with customers

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge

Pay: ₹8,450.19 - ₹30,484.60 per month
