Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Kolkata. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for offering technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales processes, conducting product demonstrations, and providing exceptional support to customers. Responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, collaborating with the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent follow-up and professional service. The role requires both technical knowledge and strong communication skills.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in basic technical Knowledge, with the ability to effectively present and demonstrate technical solutions to customers
- Expertise in Technical Support to address customer inquiries and troubleshoot product-related challenges
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical information and build relationships
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service to understand customer needs, present value propositions, and maintain satisfaction
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer requirements and drive sales
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving challenges
- Engineering degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Experience in the electronics or related industries is an advantage
- Fresher pass-out and experienced candidates with 1-2 years can apply
- Both Male and Female candidate may apply
- This role require travelling most of the time, candidate should be willing to travel PAN India.
