Job Description:

We are seeking a senior Business Technology Partner (BTP). The BTP is the single accountable owner for end-to-end technology delivery within a defined business domain. This role drives execution and delivery outcomes by owning scope, schedule, quality, and business impact. The individual will actively engage with engineering and architecture teams to validate and challenge technical designs, identify and diagnose delivery risks early, and take decisive corrective actions to keep initiatives on track. The BTP is empowered to make binding trade-off decisions on scope, timeline, and quality within agreed guardrails and to directly intervene to remove blockers and drive resolution.

We will count on you to be accountable for:

Own delivery outcomes for all initiatives in the domain; be directly accountable for on-time, on-scope, on-quality delivery.

1. End-to-end technical delivery ownership

• Make binding trade-off decisions on scope, timeline and quality for assigned initiatives within agreed guardrails; document and communicate decisions and impacts.
• Diagnose root causes of delivery slippage and lead hands-on remediation plans; escalate only when guardrails are breached.
• Enforce delivery commitments: allocate resources, re-plan, de-scope or extend timelines as needed to protect critical outcomes.
• Hold engineering and vendor teams accountable for commitments; validate progress through direct evidence (demos, code reviews, deployment artifacts)

Mandatory Skills:

• 12–16+ years of proven experience owning end-to-end technology delivery outcomes in complex engineering or transformation roles.
• Demonstrated track record of direct accountability for delivery results, working closely and decisively with engineering and architecture teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery in matrixed organizations and managing third-party vendor performance to meet delivery commitments.
• Relevant domain expertise preferred; experience in regulated industries such as insurance or finance is an advantage.
• Strong, demonstrable experience in AI and automation initiatives, including designing or delivering AI/ML-enabled features, integrating ML models into production, or leading intelligent automation programs.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
• Certifications in delivery/program management or architecture are beneficial but not mandatory.

Desired Skills:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field. Preferred certifications include TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
• Preferred Experience
• 8+ years in technology business partnership, delivery and/or solution architecture roles bridging technology and business.
• Proven ability to deliver complex solutions aligned with business outcomes.
• Extensive exposure to finance, insurance, BPO, GCC, GCI and technology organizations with large matrixed organizational structures.
• Proven ability to identify and activate the right technical talent at appropriate lifecycle stages and motivate technical teams aligned with broader business priorities.
• Significant experience working with Global Enterprise Technology teams to align solutions and governance.
• Experience in overseeing projects involving both vendor and in-house built technology solutions
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale cloud platforms, microservices architecture, API strategies, and data-driven solutions.
• Skilled as an influencer and negotiator managing competing priorities across multiple departments and leadership layers.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder, and vendor management skills. Experience fostering alignment and consensus in large, complex organizations.
