Azoth Biotech is Hiring | Techno-Commercial Innovation Manager – Functional Mushrooms

Azoth Biotech is looking for an innovation-driven professional who can combine product development, technical expertise, and business development in the fast-growing functional mushroom ingredient space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new product development across nutraceutical formats — powders, capsules, tablets, liquids, gummies, and functional foods

• Work closely with global clients and buyers to develop customized mushroom-based products

• Coordinate with contract manufacturers for trials, sampling, and commercialization

• Review formulations, specifications, COAs, and technical documentation

• Ensure regulatory compliance (FSSAI) and export documentation

• Identify new customers, partnerships, and market opportunities

• Manage vendor relationships, timelines, and product launches

Ideal Candidate

• 3–5 years experience in nutraceutical / functional ingredient development

• Strong techno-commercial mindset with client handling ability

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and export processes

• Highly organized with project management skills

• Exposure to botanicals, nutraceuticals, or functional mushrooms preferred

• Existing relationships with nutraceutical brands, contract manufacturers, or ingredient buyers will be strongly preferred
