Job Responsibilities / Deliverables

Operate and maintain Purified Water (PW), Raw Water, Soft Water, and RO Plant systems.

Monitor system parameters like conductivity, TOC, flow, and pressure as per specifications, Carry out sanitization, validation, and sampling as per the maintenance schedule.

Maintain proper documentation – equipment history cards, breakdown reports, calibration and PM checklists.

Handling the instruments calibration activity of water system and utility equipment, also maintaining the record of calibration certificates.

Operate and maintain record the utility system as chiller, Air compressor and Air dryer, DG , HVAC , UPS etc.

Spare part Management: - Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and equipment components. Highlight the need for sourcing and procuring spare parts as needed considering lead times and criticality.

To operate SAMWED software for documents activities.

Handle the breakdown of instruments.

Any additional work allocated by the HOD.

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites

Bachelor.
