Quality Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving processes, products, or services to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate processes, products, or services for quality and compliance
• Identify defects, errors, or areas for improvement
• Prepare quality reports and documentation
• Work closely with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures
• Conduct audits, testing, or quality checks as required
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve performance and efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of quality standards and quality assurance methodologies
• Proficiency in relevant tools/software (if applicable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
