Role Description The Technical Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Technical Trainer will deliver classroom and lab-based training on programming languages and related technologies, following structured curricula and institutional standards. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting interactive sessions, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring. The role also involves updating course content to reflect current industry practices, collaborating with the training team to improve programs, and supporting placement readiness through technical guidance and interview preparation.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in technical training domains, including experience as a Technical Trainer and in Technical Training.
• Demonstrated skills in Training and Development, including designing and delivering structured learning programs.
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, and familiarity with current software development practices.
• Ability to facilitate classroom sessions, manage diverse learner groups, and adapt teaching methods to different skill levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in an educational institute, corporate training, or coaching environment is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, commitment to learner success, and readiness to work on-site in Indore.
