Technical Trainer -Java

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Trainer – Java. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions, developing curriculum, and ensuring instructional excellence. The trainer will also provide continuous support and guidance to students and working professionals in Java-based technologies.

The role requires strong technical expertise, effective communication, and excellent training skills.

• Proven experience in teaching Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, MongoDB
• Additional Skills:
• Python & Django (mandatory/additional advantage)
• Knowledge of ReactJS, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms
• Experience in curriculum development and training material preparation
• Awareness of trending technologies and industry practices
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Certifications in Java and Automation Testing are an added advantage
• One-year bond is mandatory
