IT Trainer ( IT/ Computer Science)

IT Trainer is responsible for delivering technical training on various computer and software skills to students, job seekers, or working professionals. The trainer ensures learners gain both theoretical understanding and practical proficiency in IT tools, programming, or office technologies based on the training curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on basic computer skills, MS Office, internet usage, and/or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, HTML/CSS, C++)
• Conduct sessions as per NSDC/SSC (IT-ITeS) or institutional curriculum
• Provide hands-on training using real-world examples, projects, or simulations
• Evaluate and monitor learner progress through tests, assignments, and practicals
• Maintain attendance, assessment records, lesson plans, and reports
• Prepare learners for certification exams and employment readiness
• Stay updated with the latest software tools, technologies, and industry standards
• Support digital literacy, soft skills integration, and employability training if required

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT training or software development
• Strong knowledge of software tools, operating systems, networking, or coding languages (based on the course)
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and regional language
• Experience with smart classroom tools, e-learning platforms, and LMS (Learning Management Systems)
• Familiarity with government skill programs like PMKVY, DDU-GKY, TNSDC is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
