Role Description

This is a contract-based, on-site role located in the Andhra Pradesh Region for a Technical Trainer/Instructor/Lecturer specializing in AutoCAD and MATLAB. The selected candidate will develop and deliver training sessions, create structured course materials, and provide hands-on technical guidance to students. In this role, you will evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback while ensuring the learning outcomes align with the latest industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Science or related field)
• Minimum 3 months to 2 years of teaching/training experience
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and MATLAB
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable travelling to multiple cities/locations
• Ready to join immediately
• Energetic and adaptable Comfortable engaging college students

Contract Terms & Work Commitment

This is a full-time contractual position for a minimum duration of 2 months.

The selected trainer will be required to:

• Deliver training for 5–6 hours per day
• Be available on a full-time basis during the contract period
• Travel to assigned locations as per company schedule
• Stay committed to the organization for the complete 2-month contract duration

Upon successful completion of the contract and based on performance, there may be an opportunity for full-time permanent employment with the company.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
