Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Imparting Knowledge to the Workforce at site about
    • Module Mounting Structure (MMS) related knowledge and quality checks
    • Knowledge on Solar Tracker Systems, It’s installation and maintenance
    • Renewables plant related Electrical equipment installation and Testing experience
    • IDT (Inverter Duty Transformers) installation, Testing and SCADA communications related Knowledge
  • Developing Training content for Project
  • Current Skill level Assessment and delivery of Trainings to fulfil Skill Gaps.
  • Structured training of New joiners on required capabilities as per their job roles.
  • Keeping records of Trainings, maintaining MIS and sharing reports.
  • Frequent travel to Sites for Training Delivery
Qualifications

  • B.E. – Electrical with 8-14 Years of Experience
  • PMP Certification (Preferred)
