Job Description
Responsibilities
- Imparting Knowledge to the Workforce at site about
- WTG - Maintenance & Operation
- Substation, Switchyard and GIS operation and Maintenance
- Wind Power Plant Technology, Control System Architecture & SCADA, Weather Monitoring System and Plant Performance parameters
- Renewables plant related Electrical equipment installation and Testing experience
- Transmission Lines & Grid Developing and Cable Management
- Current Skill level Assessment and delivery of Trainings to fulfil Skill Gaps.
- Structured training of New joiners on required capabilities as per their job roles.
- Keeping records of Trainings, maintaining MIS and sharing reports.
- Training content for Preparation
- Frequent travel to Sites for Training Delivery
- B.E. – Electrical/ Mechanical with 5-10 Years of Experience
- Renewable Plant O&M
- Electrical Substation and Switchyard Operation
- SCADA Systems
