Job Description: Technical Team Lead – Full Stack Development (Exp 5+ years)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Team Lead (Full Stack) who will be responsible for hands-on development and day-to-day technical leadership of our product engineering team.

This role is ideal for a strong full-stack developer who enjoys coding while also guiding junior developers, UI/UX designers, and AI engineers. The Team Lead will play a key role in building and scaling web, mobile, and AI-enabled platforms, particularly within the HealthTech / SaaS domain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hands-on Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python & Django.
• Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React JS and Next JS.
• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.

2. Technical Leadership

• Lead a small to mid-sized engineering team including junior full-stack developers, interns, UI/UX designers, and AI engineers.
• Review code, guide architecture decisions, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Mentor freshers and junior developers through structured reviews, feedback, and hands-on guidance.
• Break down requirements into technical tasks and ensure timely delivery.

3. Product & Platform Development

• Own the technical execution of web and mobile products end-to-end.
• Coordinate with UI/UX designers using Figma to convert wireframes into functional interfaces.
• Implement real-time communication and engagement features using Agora.
• Ensure smooth integration with third-party APIs, tools, and internal services.

4. AI/ML Feature Collaboration

• Work closely with AI/ML engineers to integrate AI-powered features such as:
• Automation
• Recommendations
• NLP / LLM-based tools
• Assist in backend integration of ML models into core product workflows.
• Stay updated on AI/ML trends relevant to healthcare and SaaS products.

5. Architecture, Security & Best Practices

• Design modular and scalable system architectures suitable for early-stage growth.
• Implement basic security, authentication, and data protection best practices.
• Support CI/CD workflows and cloud deployments (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Ensure system reliability, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.

6. Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with the Founder and product stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide realistic estimates, timelines, and technical inputs for product planning.
• Act as the go-to technical problem solver for the team.

Preferred QualificationsEducational Background

• B.Tech in Computer Science / IT or related field (mandatory).
• M.Tech is a plus but not mandatory.
• BCA, MCA is also accepted.

Professional Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Prior experience as a Team Lead, Senior Developer, or Module Lead is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Python, Django
• React JS, Next JS
• React Native
• PostgreSQL
• Experience working in product-based startups, SaaS, or HealthTech environments is a plus.
• Exposure to real-time systems (e.g., Agora) and cloud environments is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to lead while remaining hands-on.
• Good communication skills for guiding juniors and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.
• Passion for building products from scratch and scaling them.

• Help build a strong engineering culture focused on quality, ownership, and learning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
