🔹 SaaS app administration (user access, roles, entitlements)
🔹 IAM lifecycle support (Joiner / Mover / Leaver)
🔹 SSO / SCIM operations & troubleshooting
🔹 ServiceNow incidents & requests
🔹 Vendor coordination + SLA-driven support
🔹 Global user support (US, EU, Asia)
