Who are we looking for?

Designation : Technical Team Lead ( AI / ML / RPA)

Experience Range : 7+ years

What is the work?

Lead development and delivery of AI, Machine Learning, and RPA-based projects.
Manage and mentor a team of AI/ML/RPA developers while contributing to development when required.
Assist in project planning, estimation, and technical solution design for new opportunities.
Handle client communication, project updates, and escalation management.
Ensure adherence to SDLC processes including requirement gathering, analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
Use project management tools to track tasks, milestones, and project progress.
Coordinate internally with development, QA, and management teams.
Support hiring and team expansion activities, including conducting technical interviews.
Maintain documentation, sprint updates, and delivery timelines.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

7+ years of experience in the software/technology industry.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing a team of AI/ML/RPA developers.
2+ years of experience handling AI/ML-based projects.
Hands-on programming experience in technologies such as Python or Java (preferred).
Experience with quick and prompt project estimation and planning.
Ability to manage client communication and handle project escalations.
Practical experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar).
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience working with international clients.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and manage delivery timelines.
Experience in AI/ML product development, automation solutions, or RPA platforms.
Experience mentoring junior developers and building high-performance teams.
Ability to balance technical contribution with delivery ownership.
