Position Overview

Shani Corporation Limited (SCL), a leading manufacturer of high-quality uPVC windows and doors Profiles, under the CORA brand, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer. The role involves providing technical assistance to fabricators in manufacturing uPVC windows, addressing on-site issues during the installation process in building projects, and ensuring seamless execution. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical challenges, offering guidance on best practices, and ensuring quality compliance throughout the fabrication and installation phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to fabricators in manufacturing uPVC windows, ensuring proper use of machinery, tools, and assembly techniques.
• Offer on-site technical assistance during installation, resolving alignment, sealing, and hardware fitting issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot fabrication and installation challenges, coordinating with production and quality teams for corrective actions.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, structural performance, and quality guidelines.
• Organize training sessions for fabricators and installers, demonstrating best practices for manufacturing and installation.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering field with 2+ years of experience in uPVC window fabrication, installation, or technical support.
• Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in troubleshooting fabrication and installation challenges, especially in high-rise building projects.
• Proficiency in using uPVC window machinery, reading technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Effective communication and training skills to guide fabricators and installers, ensuring quality execution on-site.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, production, and project teams, with a willingness to travel for site visits and technical support.
