Responsibilities

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE

Responsible for operation and maintenance of entire site utility equipment as per the scope and ensure Statutory compliance...

Daily TBT Conducted

Ensure & Maintain Water level of all type of water storage tank

Inspect and maintain site plumbing lines, washroom fittings.

Release Utility equipment for breakdown and PPM activities.

Execute plumbing activities in site as required.

Provide tools, spares and consumables, PPEs, for smooth operation. Support and Superve shut down activities

Evaluate PPM activities carried out and the machine performance after PPM

Keep equipment and work site clean and tidy

Report to Shift Engineer for any abnormalities

Identify Perform and Implement Cost Saving activities.

Updating records

Train technicians and Plumber on Operation and Maintenance of utility equipment and review their performance.

Report Incidents, Accidents and implementing Correction, Corrective Action & Improvement activities.

Coordinate with AMC Suppliers and other vendors.

Follow HSQE Standards and Guidelines.

Implement Integrated Management System

Motivate and build teamwork.
