Who are we looking for?

Lead the regional team to provide high quality technical service and support to customers to ensure that the company's products meet customer requirements. Develop knowledge and experience of key products and provide cross-regional technical support when necessary.

What will you be doing?

• Solve customers' product application problems.
• Responsible for monitoring customer production lines (daily maintenance, quality, consumption).
• Provide system or product use training to customers.
• Pay attention to the activities of competitors and customers, and propose corresponding countermeasures.
• Responsible for providing high quality service to customers.
• Sort out service reports, work reports and other documents.
• And complete other work required by superiors.
  
  
  

Who are You?

Bachelor's degree

Four to ten years of related experience or training.
