Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The role involves managing technical sales processes, providing tailored solutions to client needs, and promoting the company's diverse portfolio of technical products and services. Responsibilities include account management, maintaining strong client relationships, offering technical support, and ensuring streamlined communication between technical teams and customers. The Technical Sales Manager will also play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales processes, with a strong ability to understand and present complex technical products
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining productive client relationships
  • Technical Support skills to address client queries and troubleshoot product-related issues effectively
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a customer-centric approach and excellent communication abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking to create innovative sales solutions
  • Experience in ICT or Test & Measurement solutions is an added advantage
  • Willingness to travel on-site as required to meet clients and support project execution
