Your Task:

  • Build and lead an effective sales organization in the West Region.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and gross margin targets.
  • Develop regional business through value-based selling and market segment strategies.
  • Manage distributors and key accounts while expanding into new segments and services.
  • Drive project business in Water Treatment, Desalination, and CPI, including EPC and OEM relationship development in coordination with the KSA team.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage projects, tenders, and quotations to close opportunities aligned with the company's strategy.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through market screening, customer development (end users, EPCs, engineering firms, OEMs), and customer visits to identify needs and future projects.
  • Promote GF solutions through marketing activities, exhibitions, specification selling, and new product introductions.
  • Monitor regional sales growth and AR, initiating corrective actions as needed.
  • Diversify turnover into new segments (e.g., CPI, Energy).
  • Ensure distributor and customer training to required product and segment mastery.
  • Collect and share product and service innovation ideas with internal stakeholders


Your profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with a degree in Electro-Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent), including a minimum of 3 years in industrial product sales and multi-channel sales/sales management within the region.
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen, with knowledge of desalination, water treatment, CPI, and process automation.
  • Proven market development, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Experience working with international customers; prior work/living experience in Saudi Arabia preferred.
  • Strong time, territory, and pipeline management; structured and organized working style.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • High integrity, compliance mindset, and trustworthy personality
