Prismagic Solutions is looking for passionate and driven Technical Recruiters to join our growing US Staffing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT staffing requirements
• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking
• Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand technical requirements
• Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche IT skill sets
• Ensure timely submissions and excellent stakeholder communication

Required Skills:

• 1–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing Recruitment
• Strong understanding of US Staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle
• Experience working on W2, and Full-time requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
