About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with strong experience hiring ERP and enterprise technology talent, particularly within Oracle and Workday ecosystems. This role focuses on recruiting technical and techno-functional professionals who support complex ERP implementations, integrations, and product innovation.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and delivery leaders to build high-caliber teams that power Opkey’s growth and customer success.

This role is Noida-based and in-office.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for ERP and enterprise technology roles, including:
    • ERP QA & Engineers
    • Techno-Functional Consultants and Project Managers
    • HCM, SCM, Financials, and Core ERP talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand ERP systems, technical requirements, and delivery needs.
  • Source niche ERP talent using direct sourcing, referrals, networks, and recruiting platforms.
  • Conduct detailed screening focused on technical depth, ERP domain expertise, and problem-solving capability.
  • Manage the full hiring lifecycle: role intake, sourcing, interviews, feedback alignment, offers, and closures.
  • Build and maintain long-term ERP talent pipelines aligned to Opkey’s growth roadmap.
  • Use ATS data and recruiting metrics to track progress, optimize funnel health, and meet hiring timelines.
  • Provide market insights on ERP talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends.
  • Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience that reflects Opkey’s brand.
What You’ll Bring

  • 7–10 years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong focus on enterprise technology roles.
  • Proven experience hiring for ERP platforms, especially:
    • Oracle (ERP / HCM / SCM / Financials)
    • Workday (HCM, Financials, Integrations, Reporting)
  • Solid understanding of techno-functional ERP roles and enterprise system architecture.
  • Experience recruiting developers, consultants, and implementation talent in ERP environments.
  • Agency recruiting experience is welcome, particularly for complex technical roles.
  • Ability and willingness to work in-office in Noida.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple critical roles simultaneously.
Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or digital transformation companies.
  • Exposure to global hiring models or collaboration with US-based stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with modern ATS tools, sourcing automation, and recruiting analytics.
  • Creative sourcing methods to find niche talent including networking and building pipelines with professional groups and universities.
