Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiter, based in Bangalore. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, identifying and hiring technical professionals, and developing strategies to attract top talent. This role requires maintaining effective communication with candidates and stakeholders while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

MUST HAVE

Must have SAP / Oracle ERP hiring experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Technical Recruiting
• Proficiency in general Recruiting practices and strategies
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of technical roles and IT industry trends
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in the technology sector, is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
