Role – Technical Recruitment - Leadership Hiring

Exp - 1-3 yrs

We are looking for Recruiters who can WFO.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

KRAs

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from requirement understanding to offer closure
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience
• Negotiate compensation and handle offer discussions
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely reporting
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles
• Ensure adherence to TAT and hiring quality metrics
