🚀 I’m Hiring: Technical Recruiter (US IT Staffing) – Remote

I’m currently growing Desk Pei and looking for a recruiter with more than 1 year of US IT Staffing experience who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow with the company.

What I need:

• More than 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment

• Basic understanding of C2C, W2 & 1099 hiring

• Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, or similar platforms

• Strong communication skills

• Self-motivated and ready to work independently

This is a remote role, but I value accountability, consistency, and a willingness to learn.
