Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 2 years of experience in technical hiring. The candidate should have experience in Product-Based Company hiring or, Semiconductor recruitment, and technical hiring across Software, Embedded, Electronics, or Engineering domains.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements.
• Build a strong pipeline of technical talent

Required Skills

• 2 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Experience in Product, Semiconductor, or Technical hiring.
• Good understanding of technical skills and IT roles.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and job portals
• Strong Communication skills
