Key Responsibilities:-

  • Assist in end-to-end technical recruitment for roles such as Python Developer, MERN Stack Developer, Data Engineer, QA, DevOps, Cloud Engineer, and other IT positions.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, GitHub, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Perform initial screening to understand technical skills, experience levels, and role-fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
  • Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily reports.
  • Support documentation, offer follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
  • Engage candidates throughout the hiring cycle to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Learn and apply technical terminology, job market trends, and IT hiring strategies.
  • Participate in team discussions and contribute new ideas to improve recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Attributes:-

  • Strong interest in technical recruitment and understanding of IT roles/skills.
  • Basic knowledge of programming concepts, software development, and tech stacks (added advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Confidence in approaching candidates and managing conversations.
  • Proactive, dedicated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools and online sourcing platforms.

Eligibility:-

  • Students pursuing or recently completed BCA, MCA, B.Tech (any specialization).
  • Available for a full-time internship.
  • Interest in building a career in Technical Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
  • Certificate of completion & performance-based extension/opportunity.
