Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Sales Executive based in Delhi, India. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining client relationships, executing strategic sales initiatives, and meeting revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include identifying market trends, generating new business opportunities, maintaining client accounts, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand objectives. This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Account Management
  • Strong Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
  • Proven experience in Managing Sales Metrics, Meeting Targets, and Driving Revenue Growth
  • Ability to Analyze Market Trends and Identify Sales Opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Sales Management Software is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in cosmetics or skincare sales is preferred but not mandatory
