Job Description

Job title: Technical Product Owner

Duration: 9 months (contract to hire)

Location: Hybrid located in Gurugram

Hybrid Schedule: 70-80% Remote, On-site as needed

Work Hours: 2:30pm - 11:30pm IST

Scope and Responsibilities:

· The Technical Product Owner will facilitate the agile practices within AI development teams, ensuring smooth collaboration, timely delivery, and continuous improvement.

· Mandatory: Strong SaaS engineering background and prior experience working as a Product Owner (PO) in a SaaS product companyOwn, refine, and prioritize the product backlog

Required Skills

Mandatory: Strong SaaS engineering background and prior experience working as a Product Owner (PO) in a SaaS product company

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.

8+ years of experience in total with 5+ years of experience managing AI or software development projects.

Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Translating business priorities into sprint goals and user stories

Backlog refinement and sprint planning collaboration

Cross-functional collaboration with business leaders, IT, and domain managers

Driving alignment across multiple business areas
