Role:
Willing to be a part of a global team?
- Be the contact person for customers and service technicians.
- Administer and schedule service technicians in the field, taking into account.
- product and customer knowledge as well as temporal and spatial availability.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through compliance with agreed service level agreements while taking into account high economic efficiency.
- Handle escalations.
- Ensure service documentation and update if necessary.
Requirements:
- B2 English
- Ability to work independently
