Role:


Willing to be a part of a global team?

  • Be the contact person for customers and service technicians.
  • Administer and schedule service technicians in the field, taking into account.
  • product and customer knowledge as well as temporal and spatial availability.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through compliance with agreed service level agreements while taking into account high economic efficiency.
  • Handle escalations.
  • Ensure service documentation and update if necessary.


Requirements:


  • B2 English
  • Ability to work independently
  • Quick comprehension
  • Customer Service Background
