Job Title: Product Owner (SaaS)

Location: Bhopal (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹5 – ₹9 LPA

Role Overview -

We are looking for a technically strong Product Owner with a technical background to support the development and growth of our SaaS product. The role requires working closely with core engineering teams, understanding pure technical requirements, and translating them into scalable product features. The focus will be on improving revenue, product adoption, and reducing churn while building technically robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities -

• Take end-to-end ownership of the assigned product and its deliverables.
• Build a strong understanding of the SaaS product, users, and system architecture.
• Work closely with core engineering teams to define and deliver technical features.
• Understand and define APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Conduct market research and reverse engineering of competitor products to identify opportunities.
• Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product improvements.
• Prioritize product features and maintain a structured product backlog.
• Create quick technical prototypes using AI tools or no-code platforms.
• Support sprint planning, UAT testing, and release coordination.
• Track product metrics and performance insights.

Required Skills-

• Strong technical background with understanding of Product Management, SaaS products, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum.
• Knowledge of webhooks, APIs, integrations, and automation systems.
• Ability to collaborate with core engineering teams on pure technical requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to analyze products through reverse engineering and technical benchmarking.

Eligibility Criteria -

• 2–5 years of experience in Product, Tech, or related roles 
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT field.
• Experience with SaaS products or technical platforms is a plus.
