Role Description The Technical Manager – Exports is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for managing and growing Zenex Animal Health’s international business across designated regions. This role involves developing and executing export strategies, overseeing technical aspects of product registration and compliance in target markets, and coordinating with manufacturing, regulatory, and quality teams to ensure timely and compliant shipments. The Technical Manager – Exports will engage with international distributors and customers, provide technical product support, conduct market analysis, and identify new business opportunities and partnerships. Daily activities include preparing export documentation, supporting sales teams with technical presentations and training, monitoring performance against business plans, and ensuring alignment with global regulatory and trade requirements. The role also requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to optimize product positioning and address market-specific animal health needs.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in export operations and international trade, including documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in international business and sales, with a focus on building and managing global distributor networks.
• Proficiency in business planning and market analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Background in animal health, veterinary pharmaceuticals, with the ability to provide technical product support.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Veterinary Science.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills for working with diverse international stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, with readiness to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.
• Experience in export markets across Asia, Africa, CIS, EU, LATAM, or MENA regions is highly desirable.
