Technical lead - Node JS

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable applications, guiding the team technically, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend and backend developers
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js and React.js
• Architect end-to-end solutions and ensure best coding practices
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders
• Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery timelines
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability

• Strong experience in Node.js (Express.js, APIs, Microservices)
• Proficiency in React.js (Hooks, State Management, Component Architecture)
• Experience with databases like MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience in RESTful API design and integration
• Strong understanding of system design and scalable architecture
• Experience with version control tools like Git
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (container orchestration)

• Proven experience in team handling and mentoring developers
• Ability to drive technical discussions and decision-making
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
