We are currently seeking a Technical Lead (.NET + APIs) to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryāna (IN-HR), India (IN).

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Technical Lead with 9+ years of experience to drive architecture, modernization roadmap, governance, backend leadership, and API strategy for enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in leading backend teams, defining scalable architecture, guiding modernization initiatives, and establishing engineering and API standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead backend technical design and architecture decisions
• Define and drive modernization roadmap for legacy and enterprise platforms
• Establish architecture governance, standards, and best practices
• Own API strategy, design principles, and integration standards
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical direction
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering stakeholders
• Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable backend solutions
  
  

Required Experience:

• 9+ years in software engineering and technical leadership
• Strong background in backend system design and architecture
• Experience with modernization and governance initiatives
• Proven leadership in API strategy and backend engineering
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience in enterprise environments
• Exposure to cloud, microservices, and distributed systems
• Strong stakeholder management and mentoring skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in modernization of legacy platforms to cloud-native or service-based architectures
• Familiarity with microservices, event-driven systems, and integration platforms
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
• Experience with governance boards, architecture review forums, and technical compliance processes
• Background in performance engineering, security architecture, or platform engineering is a plus
• Experience in financial services, enterprise SaaS, or highly regulated environments is advantageous
