Technical Lead - Integration-Java - JSON

Job Description

As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining integrations with Oracle SaaS and third-party systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating REST/SOAP APIs, managing data mappings, and ensuring robust error handling. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with business and technical teams, providing valuable insights and support throughout the integration process.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration projects using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop and maintain integrations with Oracle SaaS (ERP, HCM, SCM) and external systems.
• Create and manage REST/SOAP APIs, data mappings, and error handling flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and testing.
• Ensure integration solutions meet security, scalability, and best practice standards.
• Build hybrid integrations between Oracle Cloud and on-premises systems.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of various integration patterns.
• Utilize OIC Adapters effectively for seamless data exchange.
• Implement robust error handling and monitoring mechanisms.
• Optimize performance for high-volume, long-running integrations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in integration development, with a focus on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Proficiency in Java and JSON, with a strong understanding of API design and management.
• Experience in SOA/OSB API development is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in migrating integrations from SOA/OSB to OIC is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cross-platform integrations with Salesforce, SAP, etc. using OIC connectors.
• Familiarity with other iPaaS tools like Dell Boomi or MuleSoft is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of guiding junior developers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to integration challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
