Tech Lead (AI)

Experience Range: 8–12 Years

Location: Noida

Job Summary

We are seeking a Tech Lead (AI) to drive innovation in our AI-driven Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) team. You will lead the development of web-based applications using.NET Core, Python, Angular, and Azure, while architecting AI solutions and accelerators. The ideal candidate will blend technical mastery with leadership to mentor teams, integrate AI into SDLC, and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications using Python, .NET Core, Angular (v13 or later), and Entity Framework/EF Core.
Collaborate with AI specialists to implement and optimize AI tools within the SDLC.
Partner with the Architecture Practice to build AI accelerators, PoC’s, and frameworks (e.g., Agentic AI, emerging technologies).
Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Develop and execute unit test scenarios to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Contribute to technical documentation, including system design and API specifications.
Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address feedback.
Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and Agile practices for project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8-12 years of experience in web-based application development.

Core Development Skills

3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core.
2+ years of experience with Python is mandatory.
3+ years of experience with Angular (v13 or later) and modern frontend frameworks is preferred
3+ years of expertise in Entity Framework/EF Core.
5+ years of proficiency in C# with strong OOPs concepts.
5+ years of experience in SQL Server (query optimization, stored procedures, schema design).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems.
Excellent communication skills with experience in client-facing roles.

AI/ML Integration Skills

Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks in SDLC processes (e.g., automated testing, code analysis) and Agentic Frameworks.
Good understanding of Prompt Engineering
Exposure to Azure AI services e.g., Azure AI Foundry, GitHub, GitHub Copilot, RAG and Agentic frameworks
Knowledge of Angular is an add-on

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to Azure cloud services (e.g., App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL).
Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project management.
Good understanding of Streamlit UI.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
