Company Description

We are building a premium women’s fashion brand focused on modern western wear. we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented candidate to help us develop our initial collection and sampling process.

Role Description

• Develop paper patterns for women’s western wear
• Create Basic blocks, Dart variations, Pintuck details, Princess panels and sleeve variations
• Understand garment balance, shaping, and fit corrections.
• Stitch complete garments with production-level finishing.
• Handle Neck finishing, Dart accuracy, Clean inside finishing and Pintuck execution
• Work on multiple sample iterations to improve fit and styling
• Analyze trial garments and make pattern corrections to improve Armhole fit, Bust shaping, Shoulder balance and Garment fall & silhouette

• Has strong practical garment knowledge
• Understands western silhouettes & fitting
• Is patient with sampling iterations
• Can work closely with founders/design team
• Takes pride in garment finishing quality
