Flutter Developer (2–3 Years Experience)

Qurocare is looking for a passionate Flutter Developer to join our team and build high-performance, scalable mobile applications for healthcare.

We are building technology products used by patients, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and healthcare operations teams. This is a role for someone who enjoys writing clean, maintainable code and wants to work on real-world products that directly impact people’s lives.

We are looking for a developer with strong hands-on experience in Flutter, Dart, Clean Architecture, BLoC state management, Supabase, and performance-focused mobile UI development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications.
• Build scalable and maintainable applications using Clean Architecture.
• Implement efficient state management using BLoC.
• Create smooth, responsive, and performance-optimized mobile UI.
• Convert design references into clean, pixel-accurate Flutter screens.
• Integrate and work with Supabase services including Authentication, Database, Storage, Realtime, and related backend services.
• Work with REST APIs, asynchronous programming, app lifecycle, and error handling.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver production-ready features.
• Debug, optimize, and improve application performance.
• Follow best coding practices, Git workflows, code reviews, and version control standards.
• Take ownership of assigned features from development to testing and release.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional Flutter development experience.
• Strong understanding of Flutter and Dart.
• Solid practical experience with Clean Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with BLoC State Management.
• Proven ability to build high-performance, responsive, and pixel-perfect Flutter UIs.
• Hands-on experience with Supabase.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and mobile app lifecycle.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Willingness to work on-site from our office in Thiruvananthapuram.

Nice to Have

• Experience with offline-first architecture.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience publishing apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Familiarity with unit testing and widget testing.
• Experience working on healthcare, SaaS, booking, CRM, EMR, or operations-based applications.
• Basic understanding of AI-powered product workflows.
