Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who can bridge the gap between technology and business communication.

The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of:

• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Modern tech stacks and digital trends

This role involves working on both client projects (Domestic & International) and internal brand growth, where you will not just write — but educate, guide, and position content strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Content Creation

• Create high-quality content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website content, and technical documentation
• Write content around software development, SaaS, digital transformation, AI, automation, cloud technologies, etc.
• Simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand business language

Client & International Content Handling

• Develop content for global audiences (US, Europe, etc.)
• Adapt tone, messaging, and structure based on different markets
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored content

Strategy & Thought Leadership

• Contribute to content strategy aligned with business goals
• Create thought leadership content for brand positioning
• Suggest innovative content ideas based on industry trends and audience behavior

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work with marketing, tech, and sales teams to gather insights
• Coordinate with developers to understand technical workflows
• Align content with SEO, campaigns, and GTM strategies

SEO & Performance Optimization

• Write SEO-friendly content with proper keyword integration
• Optimize content for search engines and user engagement
• Analyze performance and improve content strategy

Required Skills & Expertise

Core Technical Understanding

Strong knowledge of SDLC (Requirement → Development → Testing → Deployment)

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies

Understanding of software architecture and development processes

Content & Communication

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills

Ability to convert technical jargon into business-friendly content
