Area Sales Manager

Role: Area Sales Manager - TMT Steel

Job Location: East and West Medinipur (West Bengal)

Experience: 8 to 15 years of prior experience in Cement/TMT Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sale building materials of various brands to the dealers/sub-dealers in the assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the dealer network. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Visit dealer counters daily according to the beat plan.
• Provide excellent service and address queries or concerns.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
• Appoint new dealers and contribute to network expansion.
• Do market analysis with competitors’ products, scheme and availability.
• Handling of team of Sales & Technical(Influencer)

Requisite Skills and Competencies:

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales. Proactive and result-driven approach Familiarity with concern geographical region.
