About CodeYogi Foundation

CodeYogi Foundation is democratizing access to technology careers for millions of underserved students across India. We're building a mobile-first coding education platform with an AI tutor that works on any smartphone - because -90% of underserved students in tier-2/3 cities only have phones, not laptops.

Our mission is to enable students from rural areas, government schools, and low-income families to learn programming, build real projects, and access high-quality tech careers - regardless of their economic background or location.

We're a Section 8 company (non-profit) driven by impact, not profit. Every decision we make is guided by one question: "Does this serve our students better?"

The Role

We're looking for a ‘Finance Executive’ who will be the backbone of our financial operations - ensuring clean books, timely compliance, and accurate financial reporting. This role is critical as we scale our impact and manage funds responsibly.

You'll own day-to-day accounting in Tally, GST compliance and reconciliation, vendor coordination, and statutory filings. You'll work closely with our CA for month-end closures, audits, and filings, while ensuring our operations team has the financial clarity they need.

This isn't just about numbers, it's about stewardship. Every rupee we manage well is a rupee that goes toward serving students who desperately need access to quality education. Your accuracy and diligence directly impact our mission.

- Statutory Compliance & Coordination (10% of time)

- Coordinate PF/ESI enrollment and contributions (if applicable)

- Support CA with annual ROC filings (AOC-4, MGT-7) by maintaining required records

- Track compliance timelines and ensure deadlines are met

- Maintain statutory registers and documents

- Financial Reporting & Coordination (10% of time)

- Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow for internal review

- Coordinate with CA for month-end closure and adjustments

- Provide financial data for funding proposals and reports

- Support audit preparation (internal and statutory)

- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal team on financial matters
