Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Co-ordination with business team to understand the issue with application and act to provide workaround immediately.
Ready to work in 24*7*365 rotational shift (Morning/General/Afternoon/Night Shift).
Should must have knowledge of RDBMS/Oracle/SQL
Should must have knowledge of Unix/network command
Should must have knowledge of IBM-MQ.
Able to co-ordinate with internal technical teams (DB/middleware/storage).
Able to co-ordinate with operations team for quick settlement of transactions.
Able to co-ordinate with vendor to resolve the application issues on priority.
Able to perform basic sanity test post deployment of new changes in the application.
Basic knowledge of checking application logs to find out the root cause of issues.

Job Description

 Experience in Payments Banking Domain as a Payment Support. & BA

 Strong Communication and inter-personal skills.

 Motivated Self-starter with ability to learn and adapt, expertise and passion for technology and banking.

 Understands and hand-on experience in performing queries in Oracle DB.

 Hands on experience in payments origination system.

 Experience in working with Indian banks or Indian NBFC’s Knowledge/Oracle /Query optimization.
