Role Overview

The Business Operations Associate Intern will support academic and content operations to ensure smooth execution across teams. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and operational discipline. Additionally, the intern will support team-building efforts through shortlisting, coordinating, and conducting interviews to help close hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

• Support academic and content operations with accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure seamless execution of daily tasks through proactive coordination and follow-ups.
• Maintain structured trackers, tools, and platforms to uphold operational excellence.
• Assist in packaging and customizing content as per academic schedules.
  
  

Team Building & Hiring Support

• Shortlist suitable candidates based on predefined hiring criteria.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and conduct interviews as required.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on hiring needs and ensure timely closure.
  
  

Process Improvement

• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Explore and utilize Generative AI tools to automate tasks and enhance productivity.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with academic, content, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality output.
• Provide timely updates through reports, trackers, and dashboards.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant engineering branch.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel, including basic formulas, filters, and formatting.
• Ability to work efficiently across tools, dashboards, and digital platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle time-sensitive tasks accurately.
• Self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams for smooth content delivery.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools for task automation and workflow optimization.
  
  

Work Details

• Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6-day week)
• Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Duration: 3 Months Internship + Full-Time (based on performance)
