Job Summary

As a Technical Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end hiring process for roles across engineering, product, data, and DevOps You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines that support our rapid growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for tech & product roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and DevOps leaders to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning.
  • Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, networking, and headhunting.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical assessments and interview schedules with hiring teams.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and negotiate competitive offers and ensure a seamless experience until onboarding
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.


Must have skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in tech hiring, preferably within a startup, eCommerce, or product-based company.
  • Proven experience of hiring for niche tech roles in a fast paced startup environment
  • Strong understanding of modern technology stacks, software development lifecycle, and Agile environments.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Knowledge of Boolean search, talent mapping, and proactive sourcing techniques.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for eCommerce, retail technology, marketplaces, or consumer internet businesses.
  • Experience supporting high-volume and niche technical hiring simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
