Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates using various channels.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate technical interviews and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future needs.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and salary benchmarks.

Ideal Profile

  • 1-3 years in technical recruitment in a fast-paced IT environment.
  • Experience sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed.
  • Understand IT/tech roles and hiring trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions under tight deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation skills for salary discussions and offers.
  • Proficiency in ATS and HR tools is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
