Tech Project Manager / Transformations Manager

Location : ( Bangalore)

Experience : 10 - 20 yrs

• Strong experience in project / program management, managing multiple initiatives with predictable outcomes.
• Perform Business Analyst responsibilities, including requirement discovery, stakeholder workshops, and BRD documentation (Act as a SPOC for customers, owning end‑to‑end understanding of business requirements)
• Translate business needs into solution‑ready inputs and engage the right technology teams for solutioning ( Ability to recommend appropriate technical solutions ).
• Proven exposure to banking domain ( experience in Commercial Banking and Credit Risk is good to have but not mandatory).
• Hands‑on data analysis capability to explore, validate, and interpret client data before solution design.
• Experience driving process transformations / improvements and tactical automations within banking operations.
• Working knowledge of data visualization and BI solutions for actionable business insights.
• Awareness of latest technology trends including AI, ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, RPA, and modern analytics tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior client stakeholders.
