Key Responsibilities
This is a full-time role for a Key Account Manager – B2B Sales. The role focuses on managing and growing existing institutional and enterprise accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, renewals, and revenue growth through consultative selling and strong relationship management.
Required Skills & Experience
- Manage and grow assigned key institutional and enterprise accounts
- Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner institutions and clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery
- Track account performance and maintain accurate CRM records
- Support broader sales objectives through strategic account planning
Qualifications
- Strong experience in B2B Sales and Account Management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Must own a car and valid driving license
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Should be an individual contributor for the role
