Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
6+ years of software development experience
2+ years of technical leadership experience
Expertise in relevant programming languages and frameworks
Strong understanding of software architecture patterns
Experience with database design and optimization
Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architecture
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with system design and scalability
Previous experience in mentoring and team building
Familiarity with multiple technology stacks
Understanding of security best practices
Experience in the relevant industry domain
